Article 1- Area of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website. These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time on the condition that these modifications are shown on our website.

Article 2 - Price
2.1 The prices of our products are given in Swiss Francs (CHF), including 8.1% VAT, excluding processing and shipping costs.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the tariffs in force at the time when the order is recorded, on condition that the articles concerned are available.  Information relating to the prices and availability of products may be subject to change and is given for information only.  

Article 3 - Ordering
Orders must go through the website using the cart system.
In principle, we do not send goods to a customer who has not settled all previous bills. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute may exist relating to a previous bill.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
The minimum order amount on our website is CHF 20.00 (value of goods, not including shipping costs).
Except in exceptional cases, we only ship goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Article 4 - Validation
By validating your order, you state your acceptance of all these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Article 5 - Availability
Our product and price offerings are valid as long as they can be seen on the website, while stocks last.
We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product is unavailable after your order has been placed.  

Article 6 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the order-placing process. Delivery time is usually 48 hours for the saver method and 24 hours for the Priority method. This is from the time the package is consigned.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except Wednesdays.

Article 8 - Acceptable payment methods

Article 9 - Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made of the price, plus interest if appropriate. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the customer of the risks of loss or damage from the time the goods leave our premises.

Article 10 - Returning goods and right to cancel
The articles supplied by us are new and guaranteed against any defect or forgery.
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days from receipt of the product ordered in order to return it. If the product does not meet your expectations, shipping and returns costs are at your expense.
Shipping and returns costs are our responsibility if you receive a product that is damaged or different from the one you ordered.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property
All the illustrations and images that appear on the www.padmini.ch site are protected by copyright as well as intellectual property throughout the world. In this regard, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property, only private use is authorised. Any other use, without our prior authorisation, constitutes forgery and is penalised under Intellectual Property law.
